Terms of service

Sieuthiroblox is an intermediary platform supplying digital products such as software accounts, online service accounts, licence keys and similar digital data. The entire ordering, payment and delivery process runs automatically on the website, 24/7.

We may add, change or discontinue any product without prior notice in order to comply with the original provider's policies or applicable law. Orders completed before such a change remain covered by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

You need to register an account to use the service in full. Your registration details must be accurate and belong to you. Each person should use only one account.

You are entirely responsible for keeping your password and API key secure, and for everything that happens under your account. If you notice any sign of unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact support as soon as possible.

We may suspend or terminate any account showing signs of fraud, policy abuse, use of illicit funds, or behaviour that harms the system or other customers.

Every purchase is deducted directly from the wallet balance in your account. You need to add funds to your wallet before ordering, using a supported method such as bank transfer, e-wallet or prepaid card.

Your wallet balance may only be used to pay for products and services on the platform. It is not a deposit and earns no interest. When adding funds, please transfer the exact amount with exactly the reference shown; transfers with the wrong reference may need manual reconciliation and take longer to process.

Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND) and may change from time to time. The price that applies to an order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm payment.

As soon as an order is paid successfully, the system automatically pulls the account data from stock and shows it in your order history. Delivery is normally instant.

If stock runs out or a technical fault prevents an order from being delivered, the full amount is refunded to your wallet automatically. It is your responsibility to check and save the data you receive immediately after buying.

Each product's warranty period is stated clearly in its description. Within that period, if an account won't sign in or doesn't match the description, we'll replace it or refund your wallet.

To get help you'll need to provide the order ID and an unedited video of your entire first sign-in attempt. Warranty claims submitted after the period has ended, or without valid evidence, may be rejected.

The warranty does not cover problems caused by the user — for example changing the password or recovery details yourself, sharing the account with several people, using it for the wrong purpose, or breaching the original service provider's own terms.

When using the service, you must not do any of the following:

• Use the service for fraud, money laundering or any activity that breaks Vietnamese law.
• Add funds from illicit sources, or raise chargebacks in order to obtain products for free.
• Attack, scan, exploit vulnerabilities in, or overload our systems and API.
• Create multiple accounts to game our promotions, referral commission or warranty policy.
• Resell purchased data under our name, or impersonate Sieuthiroblox in any way.

Breaching these rules may result in your account being permanently locked, any balance arising from the breach being reclaimed, and the case being referred to the authorities where necessary.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work hard to keep the system running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during maintenance, infrastructure incidents or policy changes by the original providers.

Our maximum liability in any circumstances will not exceed the value of the order directly connected to the complaint. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or disruption to your business.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how we operate and what the law requires. A new version takes effect as soon as it is published on the website.

Continuing to use the service after the terms have been updated means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and contact us for guidance on what happens to any remaining balance.
